COLORADO RETREAT ITINERARY ( spring and autumn 2026)

Sample of a daily schedule!

Daily flow

  • 6:30 AM — Morning meditation + Reiki healing (recommended for all guests)
    If meditation isn’t your thing, no worries — you may continue sleeping on your mat or come directly at 7:00 for the yoga or somatic movement 🧘‍♀️ (sleepy edition)
  • 7:00 AM — Yoga / somatic release / journaling / Dance(salsa)
    If yoga flexibility is optional we can at any time adjust — everything is figuratable, you move as you can (specialized workshop 1)

  • 8:30 AM — Breakfast by Private Chef Jenn
  • 11:00 AM — workshop 2 (recommended participation for full benefit)
  • 12:30 PM — Lunch by Chef Jenn
  • 2:00 PM — downtime / free time
  • 5:00 PM — workshop 3
  • 7:30 PM — Dinner by Chef Jenn
  • 8:00 PM — Integration circle / poetry / deep chats / community time / ✨
  • 9:00 PM — Candle-lit wind-down / journaling / bed
