COLORADO RETREATS 2026

Why I created these retreats

I always was involved in the healing and retreat community.

As slowly I start to connect with my gifts (believe me it took me a long road to connect with my own gifts or accept them, because “whom am I to have them?”, right?), I start as a healer therapist myself at my friend’s retreats in Italy, Jen Pastiloff, where I did massage, Reiki and slowly but surely, I start taking private sessions in psychic mediumship. The massage was the door, the crossing was my courage.

After loss, grief, and profound personal transitions(hi dad, as my Spirit Guide right now), I saw clearly how often women are expected to “move on,” stay functional, or make sense of their pain too quickly. I also saw how many healing spaces unintentionally exclude — by pace, by language, by assumptions about identity, access, or capacity.

As a psychologist, an intuitive practitioner, and a woman who has lived through deep grief and identity shifts myself, I knew I wanted to create something different. I always had a deeper understanding for the HOH and Deaf community, even if I am only an ally myself and now more than ever, I am obsessed to create inclusion and safe space for grieving and unbecoming to become, for us, in the LGBTQ+ community.

These retreats are shaped by my own experience of needing spaces where I didn’t have to explain myself, perform healing, or be ahead of where I actually was. Spaces where grief was allowed to exist without urgency, queerness was not a sidebar, and accessibility was part of the foundation — not an perhaps.

The LGBTQ+ retreat exists because I know what it means to search for safety while navigating identity, visibility, and belonging.

The Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing retreat exists because inclusion should never depend on how well someone adapts to a system that wasn’t built for them.

At the heart of all five retreats is the same intention:

to offer women a place to rest, integrate, and remember themselves — without pressure, without fixing, and without being anyone else but yourself.

Colorado Retreats 2026

Colorado Retreats 2026 is a curated series of five intimate retreats held in the Rocky Mountains, created for women who are moving through transition — grief, identity shifts, burnout, awakening, and the quiet knowing that something old no longer fits.

These retreats exist to offer space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — with your body, your truth, and a community that understands that healing does not require fixing or performing.

Each retreat blends:

  • nervous-system regulation
  • grounded psychology & emotional integration
  • intuitive work, ritual, and reflection
  • nature, movement, rest, and honest conversation

You don’t come here to be pushed.
You come here to land.

Five retreats. One intention: belonging.

Each of the five Colorado retreats carries its own focus, while remaining rooted in the same core values: depth, care, inclusivity, and respect for each woman’s lived experience.

Among them, there is a deliberate emphasis on inclusion:

🌈 LGBTQ+ Women’s Retreat

Created for lesbian and queer women navigating coming out, visibility, chosen family, grief, love, and identity integration — in a space where queerness is not questioned, explained, or tolerated, but simply assumed and respected.

🤍 Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Women’s Retreat

Created with accessibility in mind from the start, not as an accommodation added later.
This retreat exists because healing spaces should meet you where you are — not ask you to strain, adapt, or translate yourself in order to participate.
